Do you ship Worldwide?

Currently we only ship within the continental United States.  If you are interested in an item to be shipped to a location outside of the United States, please contact us through chat on our website or email us at support@thesunseekers.com..

 

Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels?

If you place a large order, it may be fulfilled in multiple shipments.

 

How long will my order take to deliver?

Your order should take between 8 - 10 business days to arrive at your doorstep. Sometimes only processing times occur during holiday seasons. 

 

Will I have to pay any customs fees?

We are confident that there will be no customs fees. However we are not responsible for customs fees or import duties. If any such costs are required, it is the buyers responsibility to pay the balance.

 

What are my payment options?

We accept payments by Paypal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

 

 What are my delivery options?

How secure is your site?

The Sun Seekers Store processes payments using the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously, all payments are verified by Stripe to prevent fraud.

 

Can I amend my order?

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend your order. We ship items out usually within 1 -2 working days, so cannot guarantee any changes will be made. It is your responsibility to ensure you check out with the correct items and shipping info.

When will I receive my parcel?

Once your order is trackable, it will take between 8 – 10 business days to be delivered. Depending on different country’s custom restrictions, this may take longer (we wish this wasn't the case).

 

Can I return or exchange an item?

Absolutely. We offer a 30 day refund time from the date you receive your parcel. Read our Refund Policy page for more info. If you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to email us directly on our website, so we may resolve your issue with the product.  There is a 25% restocking fee.

 

What if I received a faulty item?

If you discover a fault, please contact us immediately (within 2 days of receiving your parcel) via ‘Contact Us’ on our website or through the chat feature on our website.

Warranty & Repair

All our products are subject to quality control.

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.

It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.

In the case when theproduct and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you areeligiblefor a full refund.
